We can taste the very simple <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-479\" title=\"gastronomia 5 montone\" src=\"https:\/\/montonein.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/gastronomia5.jpg\" alt=\"gastronomia 5 montone in\" \/><strong>white cake<\/strong> baked on the panaro, ideal and irreplaceable side dish to tasty local cold cuts, the <strong>imbrecciata<\/strong> that is traditionally served during the winter months, the variety of <strong>home-made pasta<\/strong> is enriched by <strong>truffle<\/strong>, <strong>wild mushroom<\/strong>s and <strong>asparagus<\/strong>, the tasty <strong>porchetta<\/strong> and fabulous roasts of <strong>lamb<\/strong>, <strong>duck<\/strong>, <strong>goose<\/strong>, <strong>chicken<\/strong>, <strong>rabbit<\/strong>, <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-480\" title=\"gastronomia 8 montone\" src=\"https:\/\/montonein.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/gastronomia2.jpg\" alt=\"gastronomia 8 montone in\" \/> <strong>guinea fowl<\/strong>, <strong>pigeons<\/strong> and of all others kind of meats.<br \/>\n<strong>Wine-producing<\/strong> represent another important sector of the territory since the sunny and dry hilly land is the best environment to produce grapes of great quality.
